Speculation on new Pilot Abilities

Thoughts on possible new abilities on the new Advanced Pilots.

A Biggs type ability involved target lock.

"While Defending if you have a Target Lock on the attacker it must attack this ship if possible."

A Wes/Hobbie type ability also involving TL's

"When you spend or acquire a Target Lock you may remove a Focus, Evade, or Blue Target Lock token from the defender."

And possible brand new abilities along the lines of:

"You may spend an Evade Token to reroll your Attack Dice."

Basically you can spend an Evade as if it was a Target Lock.

"When you acquire a Target Lock you may acquire a second Target Lock on within range. (you may have 2 Target Locks on a single Target.)

Weapon Engineer without it's restriction of 1 per target.

Biggs type would be fun, but not very thematic i feel. Taunts for starfighters? I dunno.

Wes/Hobbie. This could be very strong, better than Wes' in many ways, since it goes off in the activation phase. Wes you at least have to make the attack, meaning it can be prevented via arc dodge. I like the spending part only better.

How about something like Vessery in reverse + Etahn, where other ships can gain or spend Target Locks if this ship has a target lock on the defender?

The Taunt ability could belong to a Force-user which would make it somewhat thematic "that's not the target your looking for..."

The Biggs Hobbie Ability would depend on the PS of the Pilot and Target. Also if it costs around the same as Wes (29) that is quite the cost for a better ability and a weaker ship. Also it would mean picking between AdvTC (personal offensive and only works for the "acquire" portion), AdvS (2 possible locations to remove a token), FCS (removal of 2 tokens from a single ship).

The latter 2 would be quite strong for the ability.

But if you're paying around Vader/Wes/Wedge points for it may not seem as too strong.
