It is an incredibly sexy
Even better, the atc and potential accuracy corrector are not RNG dependent 
which should make the advance one of the most reliable ships in the game

I'm actually back to wondering about Expose on Vader with ATC. Probably not awesome with the turrets around, and not useful all the time, but could give you a really nice offense when needed at some point in the battle.
Expose+Title+ATC+Engine is 38 points. Though I'll still probably go predator for the rerolls, or outmaneuver which would be used at the same time but without the downside.

Even with Title+ATC only for 30 points he will be a beast. Maybe with Predator, so get rerolls while keeping TL.
There are many nice and effective combinations.
