No he doesn't. Now you get a title that represents in rules the type of Tie advanced by fluff he is flying, nothing else.

Of the upgrades that are already released, two are borderline useless for the Advanced (Scopes, FCS) relative to other options, Accuracy Corrector will really only be great for lower PS ships, and Sensor Jammer just makes a ship that people saved for last into a ship that they'll save for last and need to use Focus tokens against, making it borderline at best.

Vader with Accuracy Corrector and Engine Upgrade - Barrel+Boost every turn for no stress and get 2 hit results guaranteed.

Vader with Sensory Jammers and Lone Wolf - Focus+Evade, flip an enemy hit to a focus, and re-roll a blank agility result.

Anyone with Advanced Targeting Computer and Prockets - Focus for 5 dice + 1 crit result.
