I think this is an awesome release. I'm super excited for it. Probably the most excited I've been for this game in months.

And I already own three TIE/Ad, so the fact that there's four of each upgrade card is just perfect.

Maybe the best part of this announcement is that you will want to bring a capital in Epic play. The Raider will destroy fighters and the Corvette will counter the Raider.

So it looks like it falls between the CR90 and the GR75 in size. Doesn't seem to have a fore and aft section, either.

I wonder if this is the counter to both Rebel craft or if we'll see another Imperial huge soon?

(I wonder because I need to know if I'm buying two or not)

The stats are:

4 0 8 6 Brace & Recover as actions (like the back of the CR90)

6 0 8 4 Targetlock & Coordinate as actions (like the front of the CR90)

Very, very cool looking ship and a great way to give pretty much everyone what they want.

A ship that fits, yet has the the wedge look. Plus it's not nearly as wide in the back end as a Vigile. I like the 'tie panel' look as well.

Really looking forward to seeing the stats on it.

Also kinda excited to see what the Palpatine crew does, because that has to be who's on the end there.

Like the fix for the advanced, makes the ship much better without making Vader OP'ed, so FFG really nailed it on that I think.

A really cool think about the Advanced Targeting Computer is that it frees up Marek's EPT. ATC is basically designed for him, game-wise. He'll be pretty frequently triggering his ability whenever shields are down.

Still thinking about ATC: It's better (way better) than an extra die when you have a target lock. On the turn you grab the lock, you're getting 2 hits with average rolls (one a guaranteed crit). Compare this to 2.25 for an Attack 3 ship with Focus, except the Advanced/ATC gets to keep the target lock. The curve also skews higher thanks to a set result for the third die (1-3 possible hits as opposed to 0-3 for basic Attack 3 ship). If the Advanced has a Focus, you're looking at 2.5 hits compared to 2.25 hits. That's pretty huge. The limitation, of course, is that you might have an initial turn without a lock, and you only get the boost against one target.

I hope there is an Imperial Mouse Droid card.
