Does the Advanced really need Autothrusters? It's always been my understanding that the reason it rarely sees the table is because of its low threat value. It can deal damage equal to its cost, so you can safely ignore it. With two shield over three hull, protected by three green dice (and Focus/Evade by Vader), it's actually very solid on defense.
Fair point. Of course, if the ship gets fixed then it's going to become a more high priority target for people. Also, due to its low damage output per attack, it needs to stick around longer to do damage. I suppose the most relevant metric is damage output over survivability.
I like the idea I had in another thread - add boost to the action bar, but with special rules like allowing you to use the speed two templates, or the speed one turn. No idea how you'd justify it fluff wise, but then as far as I'm concerned the only canon fluff is Vader getting his arse kicked by Han Solo!
