1. I do not understand question 1, unless you mean "can the iron ward be given the weakened condition"? If so, then no. The iron ward can be "attacked as if it were a hero," but it is not a hero. and there is no indication that it can suffer conditions.
2, None of these things work through mystic portals in this quest. The quest guide says a) they are treated like a portcullis (so you can't move through them) but also b) you cannot count spaces through the portcullis for anything but an attack. You could argue that the shadow walker could place the shadow soul on the other side, because it uses attack to place itself, and then shadow step. However, if you allowed this, the shadow walker could become trapped on the other side of the mystic portal with no way back.
1. "Spend 1 movement point AS IF they were adjacent." However, those spaces are not adjacent, so you can't count spaces through them. Therefore, sleight of mind won't work. Carve a path doesn't use movement points, so that doesn't work either. shadow step would only work if the shadow soul was already on the other side, since it doesn't require counting spaces. Mirror image would not work. You spend the movement point to move the image token 1 space, but the image token is not spending any movement points.
2. None of these work, except shadow step if the shadow soul is already on the other side.
EDIT: A lot of your questions indicate to me that you're having trouble with the concept of "counting spaces." You can only count spaces from one adjacent space to the next, in a chain. walls and doors break adjacency, so you can't count spaces through them. Overgrowth and portcullises do not. (In the quest "The City Falls", mystic portals do block adjacency unless you're attacking, however.)

i am very confuse portcullis.portcullis said ''you may perform attacks.trace line of sight, and count spaces through a portcullis.spaces separated by a portcullis are considered to be adjacent'
so dose count space just apply to attack but no skill?
can we place image token in the other side of portcullis and use sleight of mind to place my figure to the other side of porcullis?

Normally, you could summon image tokens on the other side of a portcullis, and use "Sleight of Mind" to place your figure on the other side as well. However, in "The City Falls" there is a special rule (see the quest guide) that says for this quest, you cannot count spaces through mystic portals, except for attacks. This special rule prevents image tokens (or anything else) from counting spaces through the mystic portals.
However, the Shadow soul is placed during an attack , and is placed near the target. "Shadow Step" does not require counting spaces- it just says to place your figure wherever the shadow soul is.Theoretically, this could go through a mystic portal, but it would be problematic for the hero.
