0. Diabolic power is neither in your discard pile nor your deck while it is being played (that is, while you are searching your deck and discard, "Diabolic Power" is not included. Even if it were, you can't play 2 OL cards with the same name in response to the same trigger. Since the trigger for "Diabolic Power" is "during your turn," that means it can only be played once per turn.

1. "Word of Misery" can also only be played once per OL turn. You cannot double the penalty by playing it twice.

2. As is always the case, if a hero is forced to suffer fatigue, but can't because he has already taken fatigue equal to his stamina, he suffers damage instead of fatigue.

3. This is the same answer as #2. Any fatigue from an attack that can't be suffered as fatigue gets converted to damage. I recommend reading the section in the rulebook on fatigue.

thank you for helping

1.i can take it back if i play unholy ritual and i have already had 14 overlord cards in hand。so what will happened after i take it back and play it again in the same round ?

2.i ask if hero will suffer two damages in case 2?one damage from out of stamina and the other from word

of misery

3.i ask if hero will suffer three damages in case 3?

1. You cannot play it during the same round, even if you somehow get it back. The card triggers "during your turn." There is a rule that two Overlord cards with the same name cannot be played in response to the same trigger. If you tried to play it a second time, you would violate this rule. This is the same reason you cannot play 2 "dash" or 2 "frenzy" cards on the same monster during the same turn (it is still the same monster activating) or two "Dark Might" cards to add 2 surges to the same attack.

2 and 3: If "Word of Misery" is active, heroes must suffer 1 fatigue each time they suffer damage (not 1 fatigue for each damage they suffer.) If they are already at their stamina (can't suffer any more fatigue,) the fatigue gets converted to damage. So:

0 damage + 1 fatigue = 1 damage

1 damage + 1 fatigue = 2 damage

2 damage + 1 fatigue = 3 damage

The count of tokens suffered is the same- you just suffer the fatigue as damage, instead.

From the FAQ

Q: If a hero has suffered fatigue equal to his Stamina and

is affected by “Word of Misery,” would the damage he
suffers in place of the fatigue trigger the effect again?
A: No.
So, "Word of Misery" does not loop infinitely. However, I misspoke in my first post. If a hero is at stamina (has suffered all fatigue possible, "Word of Misery" is in play, and he is forced to suffer 1 fatigue (from attack or changeling it doesn't matter,) this is what would happen:
The hero ends up suffering a total of 2 wounds.
Why?
The hero must suffer 1 fatigue.
He cannot, so he suffers 1 wound instead.
Because he suffered 1 wound, he also suffers a fatigue.
Since he cannot suffer that fatigue either, he suffers 2 wounds.
He does not suffer any additional wound or fatigue, because "Word of Misery" has already triggered.
So, if a hero in this situation suffers:
1 fatigue, that becomes 1 wound and 1 fatigue, for a total of 2 wounds.
1 wound, that becomes 1 wound and 1 fatigue, for a total of 2 wounds.
1 wound and 1 fatigue, that becomes 1 wound and 2 fatigue, for a total of 3 wounds.
etc.
