Mission 4 part 2: Den of Bad Playtesting

The Imperial must escort a group of containers full of valuable technology to a space station, but can't be bothered to deploy ships to escort them there. Or play test the scenario before publishing it.

Rebel side: 100 points

Imperial side: 0 points

The Imperial player deploys 3 containers within range 1-3 of the his edge. At the beginning of each end phase, each container moves 2 straight towards the Rebel edge.

The Rebel player designates one ship as 'The Smuggler'. This ship may, as an Action, try and 'Steal' a container by rolling 3 attack and 3 defense dice. If more KAPOW! than Evade results are rolled, the container is immediately stolen. A failed Steal attempt adds a KAPOW! result to all further Steal Actions.

NOW this scenario is a bit more fair.

No one is amused by this? I can't be the only one who has realized how laughably bad the scenario that comes with the Falcon expansion is...?

I don't think the scenarios were meant to be balanced...the first cr90 mission was laughably biased to the rebels as well

The Firespray scenario is crazy favorable to the rebels as well, and that was before Keyan.

Bummer. Not that I don't enjoy the "Wipe them out, all of them" that is the theme of every game I have played so far, it would just be nice to have a change of pace.

Can anyone speak to which scenarios are balanced?
