Is there a book anywhere which has the stats for a normal, non-commander, type of Crisis suit?

Not that I'm aware of. Ark of Lost Souls has a specific boarding-type XV variant, but that's all that occurs.

There is also a Broadside Suit in Mark of Xenos and Rising Tempest.

But no there are no non commander works in core books so it's all homebrew.

There is the Tau Character Guide available as a PDF supplement for Rogue Trader. It would probably let you cook up battlesuit pilots as enemies, though keep in mind that (as it is player-focused for RT*) there aren't any pilot stats in it and that you may wish to tweak some of the damage values upwards.

*Compare, for instance, how much damage the Broadside's rail rifle does in Mark of the Xenos as opposed to the TCG. The former is intended to be used by an enemy NPC as an anti-vehicle tool against whatever the kill-team is driving; the latter is meant to be used by a PC to crack particularly tough opponents on foot.

One thing to keep in mind is that most of the talents, skills and traits will likely be provided by the suit such as Dual Shot, all the Unnatural characteristics, etc. These will not change between suits. Also it indicates in the DW profile that the armour value is the XV8 standard so therefore not one without iridium armour or any extra bells and whistles which would bump it up a few points. The only things that would make a normal suit different to the command variant then would be a slight stat reduction to indicate their lack of experience over a commander, fewer wounds (but still a hell of a lot) and reduced (if any) command experience. Also you'd want to tinker with their weapons...
