Just like I predicted ... we're getting Wave 6 at the end of February. Although they went on the boat earlier than I expected, so maybe we'll get it closer to mid-February.

Hey, maybe they will also have invested in new galley slaves to row the boat across the Pacific a little faster than we're used to.

My bet is they made them ship what was done of wave 5 to make Xmas and then continued on the original printing run.

Unfortunately, the combination of Wave 4 and 6 will also probably result in a run on those same Firesprays.

We're going to need a bigger boat.

I was thinking we really only need two Firesprays now, but like you I'd like one in Black Sun colours, I like my existing custom paint scheme and obviously you need a Slave 1, so I'm thinking I need a third!

Each Viper comes with 2 actually. As it should be. If it's meant as a fix of sorts for Squints and Slims, then only including 1 would feel like gouging a wee bit to many I'm sure.

I have this weird notion that shipments in winter actually get here sooner than shipments in summer. This is owes either to my pattern-recognizing brain creating meaning from random signals, _or_ the current push boats faster this time of year.

If I'm right, we could hope to be playing with Wave 6 by January.

Hmm, anyone else think about how this affects the Store Championships? In 2014, tournament rules were changed from 33 points to 12 points for a full win with the Store Championships in progress. While I would like to see Wave 6 soon, the meta is going to be inconsistent, especially if wave 6 is released and some stores allow it to be legal and others do not.

Meh. The LCGs will have multiple releases through out the Store Tournament season. Some will have major releases. So what if the meta is in flux. The tournament rules cover this rather explicitly.

Is it possible that is because late winter/early spring is Chinese New Year and that is when the huuuuugggggeeeee delays last year were. So the time preceding that seemed really quick by comparison?

But the longshoreman strikes/slowdowns are continuing. Don't get too over-excited about the shipment being in transit. There's still delays and backlogs in the ports.

Really would like to add Most Wanted to the collection.

Gives casual playing visitors more choices factionwise.

And they tend to lean to playing higher Hitpoint ships.

Having two such factions will give people a sense of choice, instead of always playing rebel.

Sweet, I was hoping that would be the case, but coudln't be bothered checking the articles and thought I'd err on the side of caution. I'll probably still get four Vipers though, they look so awesome!

I propose we find the ship, then stalk it.

I have some contacts in the coast guard. I'll reach out to them, will get them to stop the ship and board it, then "rescue" a couple of crates of wave 6 for us. They will work for beer.
