Greetings fellow X-Wingers!

My first game with the Outrider the other day... I used VI, Lando and EI as my personal preferences in addition to the HLC + Outrider combo with Dash. "But that's only 55 Points," You might be asking yourself...

Well, after playing some more games AGAINST what I believe is the standard dash (58-point Dash w/ PtL, Kyle Katarn, Outrider, HLC, and Engine Upgrade), I wanted to make some changes that help address the large weakness I saw with the list. I discussed it with a good friend of mine and we both believed that Nien Nunb was worth trying out...so here is where I need your help.

My 56-point Dash is:

Dash Rendar, PtL, HLC, Outrider Title, Nien Nunb, and Engine Upgrade.

Looking at the 44 points I have left over... I have a much larger selection of ships to choose from than the previous 58-point list could support.

My first instinct was to go with two Blue Squadron B-Wings. But there are plenty of other options that might suite this list better. Maybe Tarn Mison+R7 with Airen Cracken?

What do you think? What should I fill my 44 points with to support my 56-Dash? I have only one of everything on the Rebel side, so I can't do something like triple Zs...

*Edit* - Yes, I know there is a similar thread out there for filling out the Dash + list, but that's 58 points of Dash...completely different

Option 1 might be harder to pull off with dash zooming around the board...might not make use of Draw Their Fire as easily...however I do like the idea of Chewie being there. I haven't considered that one yet.

Option 2 I can't do... I only have one Z-95.

Option 3 is neat with the flechette, but I'm not sure if I'm packing it just because or if it counters some type of threat to Dash.

Option 4 looks neat. I haven't seen a Corran built like that yet.

The B-Wings look mighty solid to me. At this point, that's what I want to try first. Solid attack power and a healthy dose of hull/shields. Hard to ignore two B's rolling together...and if you focus on them it might take more than a few turns to take them down outright while dash blasts things from afar.

Something else I've seen people do (on these forums) is add Proton Rockets to Dash to help cover some of his frontal donut. That might be something worth checking on the standard Dash, but with Nien I don't feel I'll run into that issue as often...I'm not going to be as limited in my movement after being stressed.

If you don't want initiative you can add Fire-Control System to Corran too.

Corran + FCS + VI + R2D2

2 points to spend, i would go for flechette on corran for phantom or stress inducing buffs.

Corran with ptl FCS and r2d2. Hard to beat! I have tested it and I prefer Sideslip's Dash/Corran but this one is a close second. It is significantly better than 42-point Corran with 58-Dash.

He's not flying an X-wing, he's just combed his Mustache into that shape and then painted it.

could you spell out what the exact dash is that you run with ptl, fcs, artoo corran? Im struggling with my setup of that dash : )

I've used 2x Gold Squadron with ICT with something similar, which adds control and a lot of HP, but since that comes out to 46 points you'd have to trim 2 points of something off your 2400 to use those guys with it.
