Okay, what's some of the best characters in legacy and what symbol tends to be dominant? I tend to lean towards Death because of the insane amount of control they have (Yoga Yoga). I can see Order being a really good option because of what we have now combined with jank cards like You Will Not Escape and The Curse Broken, plus Makai High Noble runs over Lost Memories. I see the Spiral Arrow lock to be dominant because in legacy you can't really lead up into kills; You have to lock or one-shot. Maybe we should piss off staff and start milling in legacy with Contemplation and stuffs That's probably a really good option.

Apparently every symbol in legacy is good because they all have support. Remember Worlds 2007? Like... ... ... ... 10 of the 12 symbols made it into top 16. I think the only ones that didn't top were Good and Water. Top 4 was not symbol clogged with similar cards - Evil Vega (Olexa), Void Rock (Stephen Liu), Air Yun-Seong (Shaneth), and Fire Adon (Ian Firth). Two 6HS in top 4, one in finals.

Those were the best days of UFS. I wish to see them again. Y'know, when every symbol was playable and prize support didn't suck.

and I think flat out evil or order is probably the best, still. Just the sheer aggro pieces evil can do nowadays, although order has even crazier of a lock down. Doesn't everyone miss bison YWNE? Death is pretty crazy though, if it can live to setup; same with Order

I really like evil/death Miser or All/evil B.B Hood in Legacy because of the control they offer.

Yun seong is really good if you build him right too

It is really quite a diverse format and pretty much any symbol or deck type can do well which is nice.

Ohh nearly forgot Voldo Mill as a nice option due to his symbol spread

Evil is still ridiculous. Ibuki and Ukyo are just insane. Next I'd say Order, and that's just because I love me some LCK alba.

character wise yun seong and ukyo are probably the best, but there are alot of others. i would say order and evil are tied for tops but void is still pretty crazy with yoga teleport and YWNE to screw up your oponent's turn and diminishing returns+ spiral arrow to lock. any symbol except good is atleast decent.

yeah 2007 was a great time for UFS....over 150 people at worlds(closer to 200 i think though). The times they are a changin though, hopefully goin back to that time when it was really booming!

Evil and Void are just crazy retarded in Legacy, as is almost every other symbol. 8hs Dhalsim is beastly with Void, Ukyo off of water , evil or void is just stooopid crazy. Alba and order shenanigans. Good times were good!!!

LCK Chun Li is probably close to Cassie in terms of how NPE things can get. Works off Void or Air, and both have a couple options to recur LCKs. Hell, you can Commando Kick their first turn, then drop a OAM and launch a 28 damage Tsunami Sabre right there.

the best decks hands down are the following.

Evil: ibuki, ukyo, tira, akuma, zi mei and shinobi is LOL.

Void: dhalsim, akuma, tycho are the few playable ones imo (ywne, yoga teleport and his hack? WHAT!)

Order: alba, yun seong, donovan(road block) yoshi(him and brt are gross and kirk polka won legacy worlds with it) order's foundations are so dumb and spiral arrow lock is so pro.

Air: chun li with lck is so broke, yun seong with this attack lineup. strike heads, chain throw, overhand throw, shadow banishment. all 3 check monster attacks.

Earth, UR twelve and starter twelve, astaroth is a monster b/c you can splash in yoga so easy.

these are the top 5 symbols in legacy imo. overwhleming strenght is on all of these imo. death is also very, very dumb with naks, tira,dhalsim etc.

^I think you could add Guy to the list of Order characters. His Overwhelming Strength is nearly inescapable (unless you have bonafide asset hate) and he can help get an early Spiral Arrow through with speed pumps

played right i think fire and are almost as good. fire has crazy attacks, water loops.
