Except that the 2 40K tau tanks should be the exact same size since they are the same kit except fir the turret, yet the devilfish is noticeably smaller than the hammerhead. So it's not a scale reference, they are using different scales.
Some of those are 40k vehicles I can see a tau hammerhead and a necron ship.

Well remember that 40K scale is all screwed up. The HammerHead and DevilFish might be the same size on table, but different in fluff. I still think the scale is messed up in this picture though.
