so I got a game coming and Im stuck between two lists, I will be fling against an XXE and han shoots first lists plus another tht I don't no yet, the two lists im torn between are

RGP+PTL

so thoughts and advice plz

I much prefer list 1. But I prefer Whisper VI ACD RC 5 ties to that by about 200%. Having tried the 5 tie build I will tell you its incredibly good.

Is that 99 points? Gives you initiative bid vs that Falcon. If you have initiative, its a much easier game.

Honestly, If you have a better upgrade than Obsidians, I'd take it. I'm not really sure how much more Obsidian helps against PRedator.

I'm very much a fan of the 5 TIE Whisper build, but nowadays if I choose to fly 4 TIEs with Howl (which is also very very good) I might do something like:

Howlrunner VI, Hull

Academy

Academy

Academy

Whisper VI, ACD

5 points remain for Rebel captive and initiative (probably most tried and true) or Weapons Engineer + FCS (something I really want to try out)

The VI on howlrunner is pretty fun because you can scare other PS9 Phantoms, even 2 red dice can go through 2 uncloaked green dice. And PS10 Howl can take the stress from Rebel Captive in a mirror match.

That's the theory at least. In about 20+ games (12 in tournaments) with this list, I've never had an exact mirror match or faced a Rebel Captive.
