What is the most points per side you have used in a regular match? (non-epic)

I regularly play 150pt matches but another thread mentioned 225pts and that got me to wondering how high we can go until it becomes too much?

You can play at whatever point levels you both agree on, but 200 points a side gets pretty crowded on 3x3. I recommend increasing the size of the playing area / adding rocks accordingly if you are going to do more than 150. all of this is allowed in the core rules.

I talso depends a lot on the lists. A high PS list with few craft might be fine on 3x3, but a generic heavy list might have a hard time with no room to mauver.

It's not difficult to blow through 200 points with fat hans, whispers, and decimators running around. not to mention pimped out defenders.

EXACTLY! When we play 150 points lists, I usually have 4-5 ships! Only once did I have 6 and that was all Tie Bombers!

I once played a game with 750pts per side, it was my whole collection at the time. Was great fun, but took 9 hours to play:) Imps won the game, but Wedge killed about a dozen ships single handed.
