Its not easy to read, but I thought I needed to share. I've quoted from my news source:
"For 7 weeks a shipment for Fantasy Flight Games has been blockaded in the Indian Ocean. Contacts in Mogadishu have finally confirmed the worst. Somalian pirates have taken the ship at gunpoint and have looted it. Especially valuable were the freshly printed editions of Between the Shadows, the newest expansion for Star Wars: The Card Game. Muhammed, a local fisherman and part-time pirate was quoted as saying that he "greatly enjoyed this new game" and that he "really liked the little green man with big ears."
Coastal pirate crews have been observed for the past few days playing the game at some of the more notorious pirate dens. Tournaments have already started to be organized but locals are concerned about a steady supply of new cards. Delays and supply issues are already making people drop the hobby in favor of more traditional games. "Boba Fett is way too powerful" 12 year old Omar commented as he sat with his friends, reading the cards. "This set needs to be nerfed" to which most of the other friends agreed.
Hushed talks of meeting pirates' demands have started to circulate around Fantasy Flight Games. However, it is still unclear whether that means they will pay a ransom to have their shipment delivered, or they plan on using the Somalis as a testing ground for new game mechanics.
