Supa fighters were good in that they could take a beating, that H-wing is just fugly though. T-wing and R-41 please for Rebels. Assault gunboat and Avenger for pimps.

Normally I like unconventional and weird designs, but this looks about as low-effort as Imperial starfighters from Star Wars Galaxies. 2 Y-Wing cockpits, the back engine brackets, and a brick. The H-Wing!

Tie Aggressor wasn't terrible.

I find the H-wing to not look that bad.

I'm not terribly impressed with the bolt-on blaster turret version of the TIE Advanced. If you're going to make a turret-equipped TIE, at least put some more effort into it. As it is, the only reason it exists is to make an Imperial version of the Y-Wing.

There is one more terrible fighter I'm forgetting though, which is almost as bad and slapped-together as the H-Wing: The TIE Oppressor.

Do ugly ships have a charm to their own? There are a lot of these old(some would say poorly designed) ships from comic and rpg books and things. I kinda think that the rebels tend to have a lot of these ships that look cobbled together from junk or whatever they had laying around where as the empire tends to have the sleek ships.

I think with time these silly less attractive ships may grow on you. I know back in the day we'ed say the tie defended looked silly back when we played tie fighter.

While I don't think we'll see the h-wing anytime soon in x-wing(It is an old rpg ship that hasn't shown up much). I think beating someone with the ugly duckling ship could be fun.
