Played this list last night. Lost but it was close. Palob was a star. I actually traded determination and Greedo for expert handling after hearing Kelvin Tiberus suggest it on Scum & Villainy podcast. That was great option because you could remove target locks also and the barrel roll was excellent for arc dodging.
Kath was potent. I was against a 2 B / 2 Y list with all ions and BTLs, so they concentrated on Kath to Kepler her pinned. She made them pay with her consistent 5+ dice & TL.
I flew the Z's with feedback array but did so poorly. I'll use the switches next time. They will add more control.

I tried her "brother" Boba in the same build yesterday and I can only concur with MJs assessment that Boba and Palob are just silly good.

Palob, + Opportunist, Blaster, K4

Results was that in two games Palobs death tally was 2 B-wing and 2 Y-wings. I.e. he shot up 32 hitpoints all by himself! He´s just amazing. Boba is also awesome while the outfit was overinvestments. Boba doesn´t need much more than VI to chase down pesky Phantoms. Just fly close to the enemy, Focus and he´s fine. The Pirates feels like they could aswell been Scyks.
Thus:
Boba + VI + Intertial Dampeners
Palob + same stuff
2x Cartel Spacer
Better blocking, less frills and a suprise break to pull.
This is one of my favorite builds now. I ran this version:
Kath + Opportunist + K4 + ID = 46
Palob + BT + Outlaw + Moldy = 29
Thug + ICT + A4 + R4 Agro = 25
The one ship that didn't really pull its weight was the Y-wing. I guess I'm not use to flying them, but I always found it out of position. I could either drop the title and just run ICT and unhinged or go with another ship entirely. Kath is truly a taker of souls. Its really not hard to setup opportunist with Palob and unleash 5-6 dice out the back arc with both a TL + Focus. You can run Opportunist on Palob, but he normally gets the early attention as people hate having their actions limited. I find you just make a fragile ship that much more expensive. I try to keep him alive as long as possible and try to cause chaos. Kath is the true killer. Outlaw Tech on the Hwk is actually really good. It opens up those 3 banks and 4 straight as viable options. Interial Dampeners on Kath was kind of an afterthought. I had 1 point so I just threw that on her. Wasn't all that useful.
One variation I am thinking of running is:
Kath + Opportunist + K4 = 45
Palob + BT + Moldy = 27
Pirate + Feedback Array x 2 = 28
Palob loses OT and Kath loses the Dampeners, but you gain another ship and good blockers. FA is awesome for finishing off a hard to kill ship. I think the 2 Zs will help keep Palob clear of the scrum. I could also run a Syck w/ HLC and SD or maybe even a SV with ATs. But I think the Zs will be a bit more useful.
