That would be bad I'm not even sure which card I was thinking of now. I was thinking the OP was asking if increasing the Agility on a A-Wing to 4 would make the Procket do 6 damage...

Expose + Procket would mean a loss of both damage and agility so I think you're right that is the worst (or best depending on how you want to look at it) antisynergies in the game. Worse even than Blount + Munitions Failsafe that only wastes points for nothing... This would actually make things worse.
