Am I correct in that you can use this on a Decimator to increase it's attacks by 1 even with it having an agility of 0?

yes but also check out predator its cheaper AND you don't have to clear stress every turn!!! the deci has a good dial but NOT a good GREEN section on the dial... that said I still want to try that combo!!! i have tried the predator set up and it worked great..
It has a 3 Forward Green, on a Large Base. (and three Green 2 maneuvers)

Expose doesn't cause Stress, so unless you're doing a ton of red maneuvers, I don't see this as a huge issue. Now Predator not taking an action I can see as a benefit, but I think I'd rather be rolling an extra die than re-rolling one.
I ran Oicunn with Expose and Experimental Interface, so I could Target Lock and Expose on the same turn, and didn't find clearing the stress to be all that problematic.

So in short is this the reason why the expose and experimental interface combo on the Decimator is popular as of late..because you can target lock and use expose to fire with four attack dice instead of three?

Which is why you pair it up with experimental interface, which gives stress
And the decimator has no red manuevers

You can also use the free action from Ysanne to trigger EI to use Expose. So: 1. Move, 2. Target lock(or focus), 3. Ysanne, 4. EI, 5. Expose. Even if you bump, you can use the free action from Ysanne to Expose. Bring some Wingmen along to keep the Deci stress-free and its golden.
