Edited by Ken at SunriseNo it hasn't been abandoned at all. They said they have plans for more epic ships, they didn't give any sort of hint when though.
Total troll subject line. You immediately debunk your own subject line in your thread post.
When I typed that they didn't have enough designers to go around means that they just don't have a timeline for when things will come out. Not that they are abandoning it.
Edited by heychadwickYeah, they sold a load of Tantives. There will be more like that. I suspect that they may have wanted to wait until advancing into the next phase of epic until they could be certain the market was there to justify future prediction.

patox, Huh? No that was a serious question. Not a troll or sky is falling; geez...
Thanks for the clarification Jim
I feel better now. I'm still waiting for my Epic Imperial Huge.
Mis-read on my part - My bad and my apologies...
Edited by Ken at SunriseI apologize if I worded it wrong. I edited my original post to clarify. I was a bit brief, but the interview is pretty good and worth listening to.
The real question is how many people bought the transport mainly for the x-wing cards, and how many bought the corvette mainly for the 3po card...
I've bought the CR-90 and used it about 5-6 times, but I've not used the 3-CPO a single time.
Bough the transport for the repaint xwing
bought the tantive for the ship itself. I hardly ever use c3p0 as a part of a rebel force. Certainly not a motivating factor in buying it.
Personally I dont think tantive sales can have been all that good, ditto transport.
I frequently see stores slashing its price (they wouldnt do that if it sold well), i also often see my FLGS has not sold one since i bought mine six months ago (or so it seems).
I'm the only person in my gaming group of about 20 players with one.
What i think it all boils down to is in the uk you can have a tantive that you can only use in exceptional 'epic' games that you in all honesty never get time or space for or you could buy an entire rebel and imperial starter fleet!
(you can get six or seven ships in the uk for the price of a CR90)
Unless you've already got most things its a lot of money for one ship you wont use much and that isnt actually much good against anything with more than 2 AG.
I bought mine as I came back from honeymoon and realised i'd left about £200 in czech crowns in notes at home and when i changed them the wife said 'oh go and buy your self a treat' so i splashed out on a big ship and a few other games
I've used my CR90 about six times ditto.
Played the five game campaign with it and one epic game with a corvette aside.
