Saw something similar to this on the x-wing forums.
Unsure as to the legitimacy of this since nothing's been announced here yet.
Spring tournament season starts in March, so that's certainly in line with a Q1 release. It also implies that there won't be delays like there has been for the recent x-wing releases.
I hope this is real, those cards look phenomenal!

I think it'll be hard to get enough people together for a tournament in order to break even on the cost of the box.
Regarding the source - I find the OP in the boardgamegeek a little frustrating in that he is not citing a source, and dodging people's requests for it. The images sure look legit, but he just feels dodgy.
Agreed on the shadiness of the OP on boardgamegeek. He did the same sort of thing for x-wing and imperial assault.

Also good news is that spring tournament kits means the game is -for now- still on schedule.
I seem to recall that the estimated play time was on the order of 2 hours for a single game. Do you think there will be a separate game mode for tournaments? (Similar to how imperial assault tournaments use the skirmish mode)
