Well I am kind of noticing that people who are complaining about Ban's and Non Bans.... Does it even matter? DO you think that FFG will change their minds based on you not liking a card. Just a thought.

If the game is the thrive properly like say magic then yes listening to the players would be a wise choice, less we hit a shallow grave like VS did.

For instance, people have whined about spike. But spike wasn't really the problem. Cards like Fury of the Ancients also became vastly overpowered once LotM hit the table. You listen to the players that spike is a problem. But you don't listen to the whining to ban spike. Instead you look at the cause of the problem and try to alleviate the cause rather than the symptoms.

I just lost well over $250 in cards (i had 9 owlfaces, at least 7 chesters, and a set of LotM) and i am glad to see them go. In this economy i am not going to lie and it sucks to "lose" money like that, but its good for the game.

What would be kind of cool was if FFG offered some sort of "Foils for Bans" program (like toys for tots, lol) where you send in your previously overpriced banned cards in exchange for some foil commons or something, lol.
