Find a way to give Keyan a sensor jammer, maybe replacing expose
Who would you shoot first?
Not really, Keyan should go down in one turn against many lists, and he is on a B, so people can train him easilly He will manage to shoot, but it is very unlikely that wedge + keyan manage to kill enough points to justify the 36 point ship that just died.Would the list concern you at all?
I see people say things like this a lot. B-Wings that go down in a single round. Sure, it happens. But it doesn't happen nearly as often as people say it happens, and it doesn't happen with many lists. Swarms basically. Provided you get them all into range/arc at the same time. Otherwise, probably not. Most lists have 9-11 attack dice or so, spread over 3-5 ships (2 ship lists tend to have 7 attack dice). Taking out 8 hit points with ~10 attack dice, with 3 or 4 evade dice defending is not very likely. Especially considering that all this ignores all of your ships having arc on the target and not giving up extra evade dice due to range/obstacles. And in this case, Keyan is a moderately high PS ship with barrel roll.
I'd add that it's especially going to be true since a lot of the builds in the new meta look to focus on 2 ship builds. That said, he's still the top priority for reasons others mentioned.
My usual fleet has the maneuverability and PS rating to outmaneuver Jake and Keyan. That leaves Wedge... which would be my primary target "unless" he somehow maneuvered himself into a spot where he would be useless for 2 or more turns (after which case, Keyan becomes the next target).

The problem with this Wedge he he has no post planning movement, so his movement options are more limited and it is easy to get guns on him.
All, I think 3 Assault missile and a homing missile should do it! :-)
If I thought I could put 8 points of damage on Farlander in the first round of combat, _him_. It's actually possible- if I have ships with high enough PS- I could actually kill him before he gets a shot off.
Otherwise, probably Wedge, as he's a tiny bit squishier. I'm not actually sure Outmanuver is good on Wedge- how often can you count on an X-Wing getting behind someone?
Keyan, Wedge, Jake ideally
Wedge doesn't have the maneuverability to really make outmaneuver work, and while Keyan had the most HP he's also the easiest to kill.
Though a canny opponent would deploy Keyan on his own and Wedge + Jake together to flank. That would force you to face away from Keyan keeping him alive longer, or eating Wedge attacks from the side.

I think I would run Keyan in the middle and Wedge and Jake to opposite sides respectively. Go for Wedge, Keyan comes in. Go for Keyan, they both come in. Go for Jake and you're probably a bit daft and I should win the game regardless.

Those eyes man, those eyes..

Most people didn't notice why i posted two ship lists with high PS when talking about "killing keyan in one turn". It doesn't matter if it gets to shoot, he will shoot once ,most of the time, but since you will get to shoot before he does on second turn... Keyan won't shoot more than once.
My english is bad, but i am sure that's exactly what i said.
Cheers tho.
And yeah, i thought it was obvious that a 4 dice ship with full dice manipulation would do more damage than a 3 dice ship which reduces 2 agility with just a target lock, than the ships nowadays meta where a chunk of the ships hull points are invested into ships with no agility at all anyways.
