A runner makes a successful run on a server with ChiLo City Grid installed in it, and with Manhunt in play. Since the run is successful the trace on Manhunt initiates. If successful would the runner get 2 tags? Basically is the run still active once the run is successful? I think yes.

The run wouldn't end until the following step, so ChiLo could still apply to Manhunt and grant 2 tags if the trace was successful.

As in all things, consult the timing chart. A Run ends at Step 5 or 6 of the timing structure (5 for a Successful one). Manhunt triggers at 4.4.
