Anyone else having issues with their YT-2400?

If you have a huge ship, use the peg and base. If your ship wobbled this will fix it.

Yup same issue with both Wave 5 ships

What Tabletop said though, the huge base peg works like a charm and makes the decimator look especially imposing as it should.

My Decimater is a bit loose, my YT-2400 is very loose. It appears to be the peg part that's fixed to the ships, rather than the main pegs.

Also, a section of my YT-2400 is partially unpainted!

Two YT's and one Decimator here and all three will have the bases fall off if they are picked up by the ships!! :(

that's what I've been doing, flew a dual firespray list today and used those stands for them..

I'm getting this product, its supposed to help this issue. I'll let you know how it works

Take a few days to get here and then coat the male end of the pegs, then a bit of testing them...

Got my Decimator and 2400 the same day, and am experiencing the same issue. Ships are wobbly on the stands, tried changing out numerous pegs, no fix. Going to try the dried glue and epic stands.

I wonder if it was a mix up at the manufacturer or if the Decimator was originally designed to be a huge ship? It fits like a glove on the huge ship peg.

Don't use super glue. Put a drop of white glue into the stand hole. Stick a peg in and let it dry. Once it has it will be clear and you can peel the peg out.

Does anyone sell 3rd part huge ship pegs?

I have the same problem with my decimator. Will get my YT this weekend. Not hopeful it wii be any better.

I have had this problem with other ships...

I just use a really small amount of poster putty or "Blu Tack" and it fits fine and is removable.

CAUTION- do not use too much, as you can accidentally split the mounting tube.

I had this problem with both of mine.

I'm sending the YT2400 in for replacement on Monday, but that's for a crooked cannon. Hopefully they will replace it with one with a good peg slot.

When I asked for replacement or repair for the VT49 peg problem they told me that the problem was within their tolerance, which frustrates me because I paid 40 bucks for the thing and it sits crooked to one side on the table. I'm not sure that FFG understood that the crookedness was the problem, their reply was all about keeping the peg attached. I move mine by the base so keeping it attached isn't the problem. The peg just goes in so poorly that the ship sits crooked.

It disappoints me that they still have these quality issues. I have had to get at least one ship replaced in every wave besides my two Epic ships. Their customer service is good but I am going to be significantly frustrated if they don't replace this VT so that it looks good. I don't have the time to modify it and premade minis is part of what I love about this game.

Same issue with both ships. I borrowed some Scotch tape from the game store counter and wrapped it around the triangular peg and solved it, however temporarily. I'll probably have to do something more permanent at some point.

I have an early batch 2400 from gen con with that problem, buddy does too but a bit better. Epic stands do work. I used a paint on varnish out of my painting supplies and layered it on till I found a snug fit for a normal large peg, drying between layers of course. Not sure how long it will hold up though.

Yeah the other 2 I have have the problem :(

someone mentioned ordering extra epic stands from a parts site for FFG. If this is true, can a link be provided please? I would like to have some more of these.
