my decimator and yt2400 just came in the mail today and I was actually looking at using the freighter next time I play. I've built a couple of lists already but was curious about what everyone else would recommend using on it. And I would also like some help with the decimator if no one minds helping me out.

I double checked the Kyle katarn crew card, so if I clear the stres from PTL I can still do two more actions afterwards? I wasn't 100% sure but that's nuts.

Correct. You get a Free Focus token for clearing a stress from a green maneuver, which doesn't spend an action. Therefore, you getthe full effect from Push the Limit, IE you can use both actions for mobility, you cab grab a target lock, or you could even focus again, because Kyle grants a token, not an action.

Eh, I dunno, kinda pricy. Also, is recon specialist or flight instructor better on a standard fringer?
Would you say it's better to go with Kyle than lando? Cause I want to use lando for more of a gamble, fun way to play as oppose to just a guaranteed focus and whatever else I do.

Hes 2pts cheaper, and barrel rolls rather than boosts, but that double barrelroll is pretty neat, and the second one removes a target lock which is always nice.

So while playtesting my 2400 last week, I was running the typical Dash (PTL, Outrider Title, HLC, Engine Upgrade), but i couldnt remember the crew member that everyone keeps using(Kyle). I ended up putting Nein Nunb in the crew slot instead. Its keeps synergy with PTL to some extent and the overall mobility theme of the mobile Dash build.

Yup, doesn't work, because EH grants a Free barrel roll action.

But your heavy laser cannon will suffer if you always use both actions fOr maneuverability. I mean, it's certainly possible to do well with this approach, but Kyle makes sure that he can do enough damage and survive long enough for him to make up his steep price.
I built a list where I've got the typical dash with like a fat jan on their too, what does anyone have to say about that?
