Do you get the obstacles bonus when shooting through the new debris fields?

Don't see anything in the rules about this.

We played it as you don't since they are called debris and not obstacles

The first line under the Debris Cloud section of the rules states:
"Debris clouds are obstacles as described in the core rulebook with the following exceptions"

Therefore, they are obstacles.

I swear to god I thought I read that line, then for whatever reason couldn't find it. Granted was really tired and late, but thnx for clarifying that

Next time however, you can expect the FFG Police to show up if you do it wrong.

I don't think there is anyone here who hasn't flubbed a new rule when first trying it out. I forgot to cancel crits after hits when I played my first game. I was thinking to myself "that was too easy, why are crits never ever happenning?"

You get to call a "new rule mulligan" in this case Krynn.

It happens. I was so excited to try Oicunn last night I gave him both Predator and Daredevil. Realized it 3/4 of the way through the game.
