YT-2400 Unboxing

I finally got hold of my YT-2400 the other day and thought that i'd share my unxing with you all-

YT-2400 Unboxing

I raised my eyebrows slightly at no Target Lock tokens / ship number tokens as well. I'm not short of them of course, but I found it somewhat surprising.

The boost card and ion token seemed as though they'd been included solely due to the Leebo crew card. I'm still trying to figure out why exactly it would ever be worth taking Leebo as crew...

Put him on a Falcon with Push and/or Experimental Interface and Nien Nunb. Cheap way to get a boost each turn and maintain your other action, and with Nien Nunb, the 1 straight from the ions is green, so it still clears stress.

Competitive, questionable. But, it could certainly help make a pretty fast Falcon.

Cheaper boost, flavor with dash rendar, saving the mod slot for something else that might be helpful

Cheap boost, fair enough - and I guess it would stack well with Experimental Interface, if you wanted to keep the EPT for something other than Push The Limit.

I think the Crew slots are probably more hotly contested than the Modification slots though, and the Leebo + Nien + Experimental Interface seems like going an unfeasibly long way around for an Engine Upgrade, The addition of an Ion token makes it even more questionable. If you're investing that many points, there's few reasons not to just go with the Engine Upgrade card every time.

No offense OP, but this is months late.

Well congratulations for your buy, and thanks for the pictures, enjoy in your games, greettings.
