So the two weapon talents listed in the talent section and in most of the char trees state a pre-req of of ws/bs 35 and ag 35.. but in the psker skill trees it doesnt list ANY pre-reqs.. Is this a misprint or for some reason is it just easier for pskers to get??
Psykers and two weapon wielder skills..
It's almost certainly a misprint. There are no exceptions when it comes to talent prereqs.
