G'day mates,

I have watched several SW Fan Films in my day (and seen one too many lightsabre fights in the forest / desert than I care to remember.)

But I stumbled upon this little gem the other day. I present: Star Wars Downunder

It tells of the adventures of Merv Bushwacker and his droid 4X trying to get their hands on a cold beer. It is loaded with egregiously exaggerated Australian slang which will probably seem like unintelligible dross to most non-Australians. Regardless, I enjoyed it .. and would encourage others to check it out.

I guarantee most Aussies will enjoy it though. From the 'speeder-ute' to the Ned Kelly-esque boomerang throwing enemies. All good.

That is INSANELY good!! And the Ned Kelly-inspired stormtrooper outfits are a brilliant touch

that was a fun movie to watch, and I even understood a lot of the Aussie slang.. hahaha
