I guess maybe it should have more events or something but idk. thoughts? ideas? keep in mind I'm trying to keep this as gondor as possible.

somewhat revised based on comments but will still undergo more revision. also just so you know this is a primarily multi-player deck

Hmm. Good theme, but I see a few cards you should remove or add. I'm assuming this is a solo deck and you have all of the cards. If not my advice may not apply.

Ithilien pits aren't very useful in a solo deck with high threat. You're probably going to have to engage the enemies anyway, at which point it does nothing. Yes, it allows you to use forest patrol, but you only have 3 of those. Poisoned Stakes also have a good chance of being useless, but they are at least better than Ithilien pits.

I'd add in as many feints as you can. They should be in every tactics deck. You might also add Gondorian Discipline since you will almost always be defending with a Gondorian.

Any deck with Faramir and tactics should include 3x Hands Upon the Bow. He should be attacking for 4+ and can hopefully snipe someone during the quest phase.

Considering the theme and abundance of Rangers, I'm surprised you don't have any Ranger Bows. Especially when you combine with other direct damage like Spearmen, Forest Patrol, and Spears of the Citadel.

Questing is going to be a challenge with this deck. Some possible additions would be Wingfoot or the usual lore events like Radagast's Cunning, Secret Paths, or Strider's Path.

Mighty Prowess goes on tactics only, which means it has to be Mablung. Mablung is probably going to be questing or defending most rounds, so they will likely be wasted unless you add songs of battle.

If you plan on using heroes to defend, I would add a Gondorian Shield or three.

You have a lot of 3x cards that you can only use one of (Anborn, Great Yew Bow, Mighty Prowess). It breaks theme a bit, but you could add Daeron's Runes or Protector of Lorien to put the extra cards to use. Or alternatively make those 2x isntead of 3x.

i had a ranger bow and then i removed it for the yew bow >.> you make some good points though. this is going to probably be primarily a multiplayer deck which I should have mentioned. when I do play solo I play two handed or whatever it is called when you use 2 decks and have been trying to work on a gondor spirit/leadership deck of some sort although that may not work too well. maybe a gondor/rohan spirit/leadership deck or something. not sure yet.

going to look at some of those cards when I get the chance

hands upon the bow

wingfoot

striders path is interesting but idk...

others I shall consider when i am able to fix up the deck

Knight of minas terith is good for the 3 attack, but his ability is wasted in the deck. You might want to check out the new Gondor defender that costs 3 (forget name) he adds +2 def to a character when entering play.

can you find his name?

Henneth Anun Guard is what he's talking about from the Celebrimbor's Secret AP. When I make my own Gondorian Ranger deck I plan on running them as they are solid allies and make lore sense, Henneth Anun being the name of the cave with the waterfall that the rangers used as a base.

how useful is ithilien pit assuming this deck is primarily a multi-player deck? should I take it out and replace it with something like hands upon the bow?

I'm sorry to say this, but I think your deck will live up to your username. I've come to the conclusion that the only way to make a good solo Gondor deck you need Leadership. Either with Lore or Tactics or Spirit. It's just a natural fit, since it has tons of Gondor allies, lots of resource generation AND fixing, and lots of willpower. Leadership takes good care of many aspects of the game and then lets you use whatever shenanigans we have with other spheres, either with Lore rangers or Tactics. I've personally never made a good Leadership-Lore Gondor deck, but instead opted for Tactics with Boromir and Gondorian Fire. That deck is just about a lot of numbers. I kinda got bored of it and changed Boromir for Beregond, and it's pretty decent. Anyway, my personal advice is to use Leadership and another sphere.

Edit: Ok, so this is a mutiplayer deck. Nevermind.
