Actually that pushed me from finding it "not objectionable or likeable" to "good lord kill it with fire" on the e wing. Someone did a shape ways variant a while back and that was beautiful. (so much so that that was the first time I've ever spelled beautiful right on the first try)Really?? I think it looks rather cool.Uglier than a morlock.

I'd agree with that.
Maybe its just the color but it looks a little a-10 to me. I think that's part of what I don't like about the design, if you told me it was a successor to they wing in purpose I'd believe it, but as a top line fighter I stand by my hideous statement

Agreed, that's also what came to my mind, before even scrolling down for the WWII Germany aircraft prompt. While I'm not a fan of the E-Wing, that does put more of a positive spin on it.
Thankfully, I'm an Imperial, and my only dilemma is about when to shoot it.
I have faced the e wing numerous times in all it's variations...each time it has failed to impress...so much so I had the opportunity yesterday to pick one up for 10 bucks out the door...got a third tie bomber instead to full out my bomber wing...the Ewing is till the only ship in the game I don't have...
It may look stupid...but I'd take it's look over the horrid looking star viper any day...
I'm thinking of running one alongside 2 Xs and 2 Zs, but that could be my inexperience talking.

Corran Horn is legitimately awesome, but I have little to no use for the rest of them. Etahn SHOULD be cool, but as a "support" ship he eats too many points to really make the rest of the list all that great.
I am rather fond of the E-Wing. Gameplay-wise, though, I agree with R2ShihTzu.
