That vehicle has appeared in several concept art pieces. I believe it belongs to one of the main characters.
I honestly have no idea if it's a starfighter or a speeder, but it's awfully big for a speeder...

From these images I posted, it seems large ship sized. Hope that it actually has more of a craft and not just engines.
