Total Annihilation

By Wayne Argabright, in X-Wing

"When the VT-49 Decimator destroys a ship, The Imperial player places one of the debris cloud obstacle tokens in the play area such that at least part of the debris cloud overlaps the base of the destroyed ship" sounds like a cool special rule!!!! that should be a be used for ALL ships in the game.. just my two cents...

And here I was thinking this would be an OT post about the greatest RTS of all time.

That rule sounds fun....my friend and I are already considering doing this with any large ship kills in all our friendly games (we did consider all ships, but that will get VERY messy!).

I think if you used that rule for all ships, it would heavily tilt the game against large base ships like the shuttle. Between rocks and debris, it would be hard going.

Then again, there's this cocky guy on Mos Eisley who says he knows a few manuvers...

Also the Black-clothed guy (dunno his name) who says that "asteroids do not concern me"

If we're gonna talk about Total Annihilation, can we atleast recognize Master of Orion 2?

Oh man, the memories.

Dem feels when you turn imminent defeat to victory; via espionage, diplomacy and ancient alien tech.

Thats a 4x turn based if i recall correctly.

I've heard of that guy. Overrated in my opinion. The few maneuvers he knows all involve listing lazily to the left.
