Leebo and Determination I think were made for each other.
Anyone tried this?

Tried Leebo with Determination last night.
First crit was a choice of direct hit or blinded pilot - next hit was munitions failure or damaged cockpit
My opponent was cursing me to high heaven
I think this topic was discussed and due to the timing of when card effects come in to play and the wording on leebo I think the consensus was they don't combo like that, Determination states immediately after you get the card, where as Leebo states, choose one to resolve - due to leebos wording of "Choose one to resolve" when you pick 1 of the 2 cards you must resolve it.
Not only that but both cards trigger when the first crit is delt, you either chose to discard a pilot crit (if it is one) with Determination, or trigger leebos ability.
I for one would love to see the combo, but sadly I don't think they do.
Guess I'll wait and see what the official FFG word is on this matter/faq.

Why not C-3PO instead of Recon? Why not ditch Predator and Jan for Falcon Title and Lando? Then Chewie'd be super more unkillable!

Edited by StephenEsvenI have been playing with Rexler since yesterday (ever since wave 5 appeared). Soontir and Turr (with veteran instinct) would bring down the shields of wave 5 ships and Rexler would deliver the crits. Best shot I had was 3 hits flipped to crits on the first pass on Dash

Recon and Jan is like getting 2 actions without stress Jan can also give leebo the evade.
Never used 3po and I don't trust Lando green dice are not my friend
Finally got to fly my list above and it was hard to crit in 1 match a crit did get through on leebo from Luke shooting at range 1 I drew munitions failure didn't like that tried again miner hull breach. I only had 2 hull left so I took the munitions failure leaving me with 1 hull. However this allowed me to shoot back at Luke with 2 hull left hit hit crit met all blank and Luke went down
Never had a crit help me win a game before could not believe my luck
