38 = Jan Ors(25) + Wingman(2) + Ion Cannon Turret (5) + Recon Specialist (3) + Moldy Crow (3)

100 points total

That's it except engine is four points and people tend to use blaster tired when they have both recon spec and moldy crow

Also more typical is 3 Zs as filler.
