So there's a small escalation tournament this weekend at an FLGS that I'll be attending and I was thinking of the following list. I'm expecting a lot of the new shinies, which I have no interest in. I think this is a nice time to break out Tanky Ibtisam, which I have not done yet.

60:

90 adds:

A-Wing Test Pilot (0)

And gives the Daggers Flechettes

150 adds:

And gives Ibtisam the crew expansion and Nien Nunb.

I think this should be enough to at least be fun to play, especially at the later stages, provided I get there. .

Remember, you can face 5 academies in Wave 1, and up to 11 ships including Howlrunner in wave 4.

Looks good to me. I love ibtisam.

Maybe a few headhunter to block instead of the first dagger, and an hlc on ibby? Though I suppose this is a totally different list from what you've got here. Defensive hlc ibby is awesome especially with blockers to set up the range 3 shots.

Also,I'd be worried about a.phantom havimg it's way with your b wings there. Ibby plus two headhunters gives you a bit more blockimg potential.

Initially I was thinking Gold Squadron plus ICT for the initial 60, along with Ibby. That would give it a bit more control options.

Oh, and blocking is not my style, mainly because I'm not good at it. . It goes against my nature I think.

And so I've decided to change it up a bit.
