So having now experienced my second player wipeout evor, it so happened we were playing with Strategy Cards II, and he had the speaker token. Where does it go, if anywhere? If an eliminated player remains speaker, who breaks ties in votes? Who gets to choose the first card in the strategy phase?

The player to the left of the speaker would pick first in the Strategy phase if the Speaker were eliminated and there was no way to claim the Speaker token before the Strategy Phase. This would keep the same order and ensure the person in the last position from the speaker still gets last choice.

As for who would break the tie in votes, I would have to say the last person to vote. The reason being, the Speaker is always the last to vote but the reasoning is pretty wishy-washy and such a rare case I don't think anyone has ever asked that question before. This would be my interpretation only and may or not match with an official position.

I would say the speaker token passes to the first (non-dead) player to the left when the speaker dies. That's just me though, Funky's suggestion works fine too.
