so that leads to the next question if you get multiple copies of the same upgrade card (at least in x-wing?) in case you want to simultaniously equip it on multiple ships or if they dare to rule "what you see is what you get and you need the original card" instead of a proxy. would be kind of harsh to feel enforced to proxy a game where one of is bigger plusses is the presentation.

Well.....the way it works in X-Wing is that you are SUPPOSED to have 1 copy of the card for each ship you use it on. In practice though (in my experience) this is only ever enforced at tournaments. Every group i've played in either allows 1 card for all, or doesn't require the cards at all (we mostly play from squadbuilders on tablets).

I own everything for x-wing, but basically i never bother getting out all the cards unless it's tournament time.
