Jahan Cross - Stat him out for me

I've recently come up with a series of missions that my PCs will be doing, and in one of them they're going to bump into an ISB agent named Jahan Cross.

If you haven't read the excellent Agent of the Empire comics, Cross is pretty much just Space James Bond.

So if you had to make a character sheet for James Bond (Agent Cross) how would you make it? Depending on how things go he might be a recurring character in their story. Or they might kill him.

We'll see.

what power level?

Funnily enough, he's the brother of one of our Player Characters. Jen isn't a particularly nice person, but she's a choirgirl compared to him:

"He's no hero. He's just a [adjective] [anatomy part] who likes to [verb] Imperial [anatomy part]. I sell my image and my expertise, I don't sell my soul or my humanity the way he does."

I basically made him Alan Moore's version of James Bond from 'League of Extraordinary Gentlemen' (i.e. a rapist and a murderer) with a bit of Handsome Jack from 'Borderlands' thrown in. Jen hates his guts, but they've never crossed paths, just exchanged a few barbs over the HoloNet.

As for stats, I used Imperial Agent from the AoR book, with the rules for upgrading Nemesis Adversaries from the EoE GM's screen. Imperial Assassin from the F&D book also works well.
