Is their a compiled list of species and careers/specializations form all the cores and supplements somewhere?

I'm sure there is and someone will supply that info. You might try the pinned thread for Player Created Resources, though.

One little note: the supplements don't add careers. They just add specializations.

I am sure a 5-10 minute macro made in word could cull those (the motivations/Obligations) from OggDude's generator.

Here is a link to a free online resource someone assembled, it has all of the up to date species stats and even some gear and weapons too. It is beautifully designed and easy to read and understand.
