I don't think rookie pilots should be excluded- think Gavin darklighter. I do think the rougue leader should be ps6 and above.

I would say it needs to at least exclude the PS 2 Rookies so it has some limitations. Especially since the only way to stick an EPT on X-wings without one is with R2-D6, who is restricted to PS3 and up.

The key is balancing the trade off. IMO a title that is not unique that fills an EPT slot with someone else's pilot ability is worth it. Think of it as a pilot ability version of swarm tactics. EPTs get sacrificed for PS there which is huge for some ships.

Edit: they may still release Gavin (fingers crossed) so I certainly hope they don't make him a PS2!

Two suggestions for the Rogue Squadron card:

1) You cannot equip this card if your PS is 2 or lower.

2) Red Squadron Pilot only.

I prefer number 2. Number 1 gives you two pilot abilities on the same ship.

The Rogue Leader card only has an effect if the ship has a pilot ability. No need for an additional limitation. Klivian or Mison as leader are fine.
