I got two copies of the one where he moves the the next epic battle phase. green to red and then draw again. Is that right? Or does he have 3 different plot cards.

I've got the same. That's how it should be.

I glanced over my SP cards:

• Tsathoggua has two "Lethargy" cards
• Quachil Uttaus has two "Time is Short" cards
• Nyogtha has two "Tension Mounts" cards
• Yibb-Tstll has two "Outmaneuvered" cards

I assume these were all intentional, but if someone else could verify, that would be great.

That is what I got as well. Im pretty sure it was intentional.
