So my wife is out of town this evening, and I've decided to skip a trip to my local FLGS because the weather is miserable and I just want to hang out at the house.

However, I'm still itching for a game and thought I my try something experimental. I'll fly a game against you all. Here in the forum. If the thread generates some interest between now and we'll say 4pm EST, I'll throw in a post asking for players to submit ship suggestions for an opposing line up.

I already have my own list in mind, and you'll have to trust me that I won't change it based on what your suggestions are.

I'll post turn by turn pictures and move the denoted ship the suggested move/action, etc. Any poster can take over any forum-run ship at any time.

In order to keep play speedy, a post should look like something like:

Ship 1

Hard 1 left.

If clear, Barrel roll right and back.

Push the Limit for Focus.

Pick up stress.

Too much back and forth, asking questions, etc is just going to slow the game down, but I will try and keep it casual and include ranges to things regardless of measuring rules since it will be harder for you posters to gauge just what's going on in the play space.

My signature has all the ships I own. What I will tell you is that I'll be flying rebel. As well, it would be more fun for me to fly against something unconventional, Phantoms and TIE swarms are acceptable, but boring. And I don't have the cards for Fat Han.

So if you're interested, hit like, or post. If enough people seem amused by this, I'll start pulling stuff together about 25mins from now.

The next person to post can decide placement for all the Imp ships. Asteroids will be placed in outside corners and edges to avoid the challenge of getting good placement through 50+ posts. I want to keep it moving so some things will be sacrificed.

I'm calling 'hit' on the initiative roll: It's a Focus. Do the Imperials want Initiative?

Here's the asteroid layout. Imps still need to decide if they want initiative.

Note the grid. Each range band is 4 squares long on the x/y axes.

Tempest set up first. Left middle (on the side the Imp ships are set up) about where Fel is.

Fel just left of leftmost asteroid and as far forward as possible. NB gets to set up the same right of center asteroid.
