Well didn't the Millennium Falcon had some sort of anti-scanning device? So Stealth device + Falcon Title + C-3PO?
IIRC the ship in rebels using some form of cloaking.
Rebels I believe has a highly variable transponder that makes it a nightmare to track as it keeps pretending to be another ship. If it's got cloaking we're talking Normandy cloaking rather than Stygium (TIE phantom, Scimitar, TCW Stealth Ship/Carrion Spike) or Hybridium (Thrawn) cloaking.

Every ship of every faction is sensor evade capable, however there are a few Reb ships that can be considered STEALTH.
