Oicunn w/Dauntless and Daredevil (probably EU too)

So, you bump, do a damage, then with Dauntless do a turn. If the turn cannot be completed (say against a big base or a small one positioned just right) that would be two damage from ramming in a single turn, correct?

Everyone keeps putting Engine Upgrade on Oicunn. You can't Boost if it would cause an overlap, so why do people keep putting it on him? (Genuinely curious if there's something I'm missing.)

Daredevil is different than a boost. Daredevil is a second maneuver that causes you stress AND damage if you don't have a boost icon on the action bar.

Well, in this case its for not taking a damage after hitting Daredevil. Getting there quicker to DO damage is another fringe benefit.

Daredevil also had the often forgotten wording "if you don't have the boost action roll 2 damage die and take any damage rolled" kinda worth it I think

This is known as the BiG O deathroll. Add Vader and or gunner to really unlock the fun (nothing like 3-4 auto damage vs any high PS ship you catch. With 3-4 dice turret attack and critz you can get up to 8-10 damage I think). Forum search it for funzies. Probably a tich too costly for real competetive play but the slimmer build might be just good enough.

was messing around with Double Deci builds on the squadron builder today... seems like some interesting possibilities.. particularly the "Shot blocking effect" and bump damage!!

I just watched that vassal game posted online that showed how you could box dash in by causing a Oicunn bump with a shuttle behind blocking any possibly movement. Dash would then die a slow death of Oicunn shenanigans. Genius.

Kind of OT but I wonder what the inside of the decimator looks like... personally I think its one of the coolest looking ships in the game.. Never cared for the off symmetry looks of the YTs they kind of remind me of some of the old blohm and voss aircraft designs.http://www.militaryfactory.com/aircraft/detail.asp?aircraft_id=781 Just looks ungainly....

expose on oicunn= 4 red dice slinging turret for no loss of agility!!! cause he doesn't have any.. so for 4 points you get an extra attack dice... loving the possibilities. And wondering if this could be THE anti falcon build..... and did i mention its one cool looking ship!!!

I am getting two non impressively coloured narwhals

hmm. how easy is it to close that trap though? I think if Dash had decided to go to the other corner, it would have been harder for the Imperials to win by far. No ramming and taking quite a few shots more of the HLC.

Also, thoughts on the Decimator load out?

total 10 points to spend.

I really like Gunner on the Decimator. Predator is probably useful for a ship that gets no actions.

I kind of want Engine Upgrade to dodge around... but since we can't do it after Dash, I guess not in this list.

Isard PTL EU for post combat boosting is 11 points.

Would Rebel Captive or Mara Jade been more useful than Predator?

Are those near naked shuttles going to be able to pull weight and keep up with Dash and "the new and improved" interceptors?

The ship is from SWG so this is the interior as shown in that game.
