I read a while back about a fellow asking if $60 was reasonable for Slave I. If you know where to look you can still find them on the shelves. Try looking in places that are not gamestores, Barnes & Noble is where I have bought almost my entire fleet, and just last Sunday I saw both of the above ships on a shelf in one. The Houston B&N on Hwy 1930 as a matter of fact. I even have photographic proof... or would were it possible to post images to this rassa-frassin' board...

Firesprays aren't too bad around southwest Ohio. Ive been able to pick up 2 in the past month. Falcons and Interceptors(not Imp aces) are a different story. I have called every Barnes&Noble and game store in the Dayton/Cincinnati area and everyone is out of stock, waiting on back orders from Fantasy Flight.
Gateway Games in cincy has both on selves right now.

It's easier to use their website:
- Search for a ship.
- Choose "Pick Up In Store Near You"
- Type in a zip code that doesn't have a Barnes and Noble near it
- Change the search area to 100 miles
- Call the stores that have it in stock.
I've had several times where a ship is listed in stock but not on the shelf. I ask someone to check the back and they bring out a huge tub of ships that won't fit on the shelf. I've only had one occasion where a ship was listed as being in the store but they couldn't find it.
Edited by KriterianAlso I feel guilty saying this because I know what it's like to not be able to find a ship. Pick up an MF and sell it on eBay. They're going for around 60$ right now. Slave I seems to be more available in stores, so I wouldn't rely on that. After fees and shipping, you'll basically get two small ships for free.
Ohy... There are MANY falcons and Firespray at your B&Ns. In fact I am getting a Slave I today.
Gotta live in the good 'olé USA tho.

I bought a Firespray yesterday at a B&N and had a 15% off coupon to boot. 
I went to the Mall of America after Worlds last weekend. One store had a Firespray, and another had a falcon. FFG had neither.
I am still hoping to score a Slave 1 for Scum. I only have one Falcon as well opting not to get one because of well...personal preference. Even if I wanted to buy another one of either ship sadly there' s not one in sight in our country.haha

My thoughts exactly. I'm getting geared up for the S&V release myself.
If you go to Barnes and Nobles and they don't have what you are looking for on the shelf ask them if they can check the back. Every B&N in my area has had boxes and boxes of them and I have found almost every ship after only playing for a month now. They got tons of stuff in but only put a few out on the shelf at a time and don't realize that they have hard to find stuff in their backrooms.
One more suggestion, join the B&N's Kids Club. For signing up you get a 30% off toy or game coupon, and it will work on X-Wing small or medium ships. I used mine to get the Shuttle for 20$.

Just called gateway games before driving down there.(about an 80 minute drive for me). Really glad I called before driving down there. They just sold the falcon a few hours ago, no interceptors. They had imp aces but not the normal squint
Give Gatehouse Games in Duncansville, PA (outside of Altoona) a look. Pretty sure I saw some on the shelf this weekend. If you can't find it on the site give them a call. They would probably be happy to ship it to you.
I love B&N. Got both my Falcon and my Firespray there at 50% off several months ago.
B&N in Annapolis had a ton of stuff last time I popped in.

I had a 30% off, and grabbed up the last Firespray on the shelf at my local B&N.. I need to paint it now.. maybe Kath, and then do either a Krassis or a Andrasta repaint on another.. and I gotta keep one pristine for Boba.. so.. 4 total.. one got painted in Imp colors.. greys that is.. and some cogs on it..
