What happens if Eduards ever gets a Back Injury ("You cannot have a total of more than 3 Common items and Unique items. If you ever have more than that, you must discard any extras. ")? I think that everybody will agree that he can't be pick up items if he already has 3 or more, but must he discard extra items when gets the injury? We ruled he must.

Hmm. I'm inclined to say that the investigator's ability supercede's the injury. Likewise, Harvey Walters can completely cancel the sanity loss from many Madness cards.

I agree with Tibs. Finn's special ability is titled ''holdout" so the flavor would seem to suggest he isn't physically carrying everything all the time.

I also concur with the illustrious Tibs. I would rule that this aspect of Finn's ability cancels out the back injury for items he already has. Just make sure he spends his starting cash BEFORE he hurts his back.
