maybe the question already came up and was answered, but I really can't find it so I post it again.

Normally each side should build the team consisting of 2 heroes and 3 troopers or 3 heroes and 2 troopers.

Now, with Novgorod it is not possible. Or are the Voivodes the troopers ?

And another question in this context:

Is it right that with all the stuff available it is still not possible to build a team with 3 troopers (because simply there are not enough figures) ?

Voivodes are not troopers, but they work as troops for the matriarchy and cannot be chosen if you don't choose Zor'ka. So as it is now Matriarchys choises of force is very limited. A new character is on her way though and she will be able to control the Voivodes as well, so that, at least, gives a little diversity, there is nothing out that hints of future troops for the matriarchy, but I think they'll get a couple of troops down the road (in 50 years)

As it is now you'll need two games to play 3 troops on either Reich or Union, but soon (as in before 2011) a troop pack will be released having repainted versions of the existing troops for Reich, Matriarchy and also 2 other Voivodes. There is no plans as it is about new troops.
